Mother faces murder charges in drowning case

Prosecutors have filed two counts of murder against 32-year-old Lorna Valle, with the special circumstance allegation of multiple murders and assault on a child causing death.The father of the girls, Jose Humberto Lopez, told police that he found Valle pushing the girls underwater.
